What we stand for

Four commitments behind every connection

The message pillars of Access Network and HER Net.

A

Women-led ICT social enterprise

Our women-led team builds networks with a double bottom line: technical performance and social impact.

B

Digital transformation champion

We bridge the digital divide so rural Nueva Ecija takes part in the digital economy on its own terms.

C

Community-centered connectivity

Farms, schools, health units, barangay halls and disaster offices are connected first, with and for the community.

D

Building the local digital ecosystem

Infrastructure, data, platform and users, built locally so value and skills stay in the district.

The local digital ecosystem

Connectivity is only the first layer

HER Net builds the whole stack in the district, from fiber and solar to the people who use and run it.

How HER Net works
  1. 01

    Infrastructure

Fiber backbone across six LGUs, last-mile fiber, solar-powered nodes, satellite backhaul for mountain passes, barangay digital hubs.

  2. 02

    Data

Soil, weather and pest sensors; climate early warning; digital farmer registration; links to national research centers.

  3. 03

    Platform

Direct market access for cooperatives, e-governance, telehealth, e-learning and disaster command links.

  4. 04

    User

Farmers, MSMEs, students, health workers and LGU staff trained in ICT, digital safety and literacy.

Nueva Ecija’s 2nd District

The northern half of the country’s rice granary

A third of the province’s land, its national agri research hub and most of its geographically isolated barangays, where fiber still reaches fewer than 1 in 20 homes.
